Riding and risk

Mountain biking can injure or kill. You ride at your own risk. You follow the land manager’s rules: signed trails only, helmets where required, fire ratings, lift tickets, e-bike limits. Mt Buller’s published fine print is a useful sample of alpine risk language — read the page that applies to the park you are visiting.

Enquiries

An enquiry is not a reserved place. Dates, inclusions and any waiver are confirmed in writing before money changes hands. The historic operator’s snapshot T&Cs mentioned a minimum group size, an under-15 exclusion, a pickup waiver and cancellation windows. Those numbers are not automatically our 2026 policy.
